Healing Trauma, including PTSD

Where the body leads .... the heart and mind will follow

About Wyla

The Wyla Way program has been developed and administered by highly qualified professionals with more than 30 years combined experience providing men’s counselling and retreat services.

Our program is Integrative Medicine and combines the best of all healing worlds whilst looking to create community in the process. It embraces the best of psychology while integrating the best of the "old" ways including Sweat Lodge and community rituals.

The Wyla Way PTSD program began to emerge in early 2016 out of our Integrative Medicine healing practice in the Elebanah garden forest on the Central Coast, NSW and continues to this day. The results of our Integrative Medicine work have been formalised into case studies and are available for review.
